    分子筛简介

          分子筛是一种包含有精确和单一的微小孔洞的材料,可用于吸附气体或液体。足够小的分子可以通过孔道被吸附,而更大的分子则不能。与一个普通筛子不同的是它在分子水平上进行操作。例如,一个水分子小到可以通过但比它大一点的分子就不行。因此,分子筛常常用来作干燥剂。一个分子筛能吸附高达其自身重量22%的水分。通常分子筛由铝硅酸盐矿组成,也有合成的混合物或化合物。这些化合物具有开放结构使得小分子能够扩散,如:粘土,多孔玻璃,微孔木炭,活性炭等。分子筛常被应用到石油工业,特别是用来纯化气体。例如可用硅胶吸附天然气中的汞对铝制管道和其他液化设备的腐蚀。

    分子筛分类

          A型:钾A(3A),钠A(4A),钙A(5A)X型:钙X(10X),钠X(13X)Y型:钠Y,钙Y

          A型:主要成份是硅铝酸盐,孔径为4A(1A=10 -10米),称为4A(又称纳A型)分子筛;用Ca2+交流4A分子筛中的Na+,形成5A的孔径,即为5A(又称钙A型)分子筛;用K+交换4A分子筛的Na+,形成3A的孔径,即为3A(又称钾A型)分子筛。3A、4A、5A分子筛是以分子孔径的大小来作区分的,以此特性的不同来应用于不同的设备。

          3A分子筛的孔径是3A,主要用于吸附水,不吸附直径大于3A的任何分子,根据工业上的应用特点,分子筛具有快吸附速度、再生次数、抗碎强度及抗污染能力,提高了分子筛的利用效率并延长了分子筛的使用寿命,是石油、化工行业中气液相深度干燥、精炼、聚合所必需的干燥剂。

          4A分子筛的孔径为4A,吸附水,甲醇、乙醇、硫化氢、、二氧化碳、乙烯、丙烯,不吸附直径大于4A的任何分子(包括丙烷),对水的选择吸附性能高于任何其他分子,是工业上用量较大的分子筛品种之一。

          5A分子筛的孔径为5A,能吸附小于该孔径的任何分子,主要应用于正异构烃分离、变压吸附分离及水和二氧化碳的共吸附,基于5A分子筛的工业应用特点,我们生产的5A分子筛选择吸附高、吸附速度快、特别适用于变压吸附,可适应各种大小的制氧、制氢、制二氧化碳等气体变压吸附装置,是变压吸附行业中的较佳选择。

          X型:硅铝酸盐的晶体结构不同(硅铝比大小不同样),形成孔径为9�D10A的分子筛晶体,称为13X(又称钠X型)分子筛;用Ca2+交换13X分子筛中的Na+,形成孔径为9A的分子筛晶体,称为10X(又称钙X型)分子筛

          Y型:Y型分子筛具备X型分子筛烃似的晶体构造,但化学组成不同(硅铝比拟大)通常用于催化范畴。

    分子筛生产工艺

          分子筛生产方法:有水热合成、水热转化和离子交换等法。

          1.水热合成法: 用于制取纯度较高的产品,以及合成自然界中不存在的分子筛。将含硅化合物(水玻璃、硅溶胶等)、含铝化合物(水合氧化铝、铝盐等)、碱(氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾等)和水按适当比例混合,在热压釜中加热一定时间,即析出分子筛晶体。

          2.水热转化法:在过量碱存在时,使固态铝硅酸盐水热转化成分子筛。所用原料有高岭土、膨润土、硅藻土等,也可用合成的硅铝凝胶颗粒。此法成本低,但产品纯度不及水热合成法。

          3.离子交换法:通常在水溶液中将Na-分子筛转变为含有所需阳离子的分子筛。

    分子筛用途

          1、脱除水份:可用干燥气体如氮、空气、氢、饱和碳化氢等加热至150-320℃在0.3-0.5kg/m2压力下通入分子筛床层,持续3-4小时,然后向吸附器通入干燥的冷气体约2-3小时,隔绝空气冷至室温。

          2、脱除有机物质:可用水蒸气先将吸附质从分子筛中替代出来后,再加热至(一)进行,再生也可在200-350℃过热蒸气或过惰性气体通过再生,(不能使用与吸附质接触产生混合物的气体)。

          3、脱除气体物质可用减压脱除法再生。
