为高精度模组化涂布站机构组合装配，可连续式涂布打样或小量生产的实验室迷你型热熔胶涂布贴合机。可以将热熔压敏胶直接涂布于耐热基材，或涂布于离型纸上再将胶膜转图贴合于个中国不同面材上，如纸张、塑料模型金属膜等。  

连续式热熔胶涂布贴合实验机性能特点  

·全机为高精度模组化涂布站结构组合装配。 

·以百分表为分度头做微调上下胶轮涂布间隙来控制涂布厚度。低上胶厚度为0.01mm。厚度设定后，可以间接锁定胶轮，防止间隙改变。  

·大涂布宽幅为280mm。徒步宽幅以胶槽内两片Teflon挡板来调整。可以无限长度涂布上胶，自动收卷。  

·正反转无级变速，好涂布速度：4.5m/min  

·放料卷轴可调整旋钮改变张力放料。  

·收料卷轴可调整机械式张力控制收取。  

·加温棒，上胶轮与胶槽可以从机体快速拆卸分离来清除残胶。
