一、产品介绍

YGW-40B钢筋反复弯曲试验机是由我公司研制开发的最新型钢材弯曲试验机，本机采用卧式结构设计，具有美观紧凑、弯曲角度任选自控、停车后无惯性、操作方便快捷、性能可靠等特点。

YGW-40B钢筋反复弯曲试验机可以完成带肋钢筋、棒材、管材、板材等金属材料的弯曲及反弯曲试验，测定其弯曲塑性变形能力。

三、产品详情

1、本机结构紧凑，刚性强，弯曲试验操作方便快捷；

2、采用液压双向油缸加载，加荷速度快、效率高，液压油路中设计有压力传感器装置，对试样弯曲进行弯曲压力显示，并可适当进行弯曲负荷保持。活塞前端设计弯心快换机构，快速更换不同规格弯心；

3、采用专有技术设计的支撑距离调整机构、弯心行程调整、弯曲角度指示机构、反弯压头，使正反弯曲试验准确、平稳、可靠；

4、可完成弯曲钳口的同步进退，以调整弯曲支点距离，能够进行180°弯曲试验；

5、本机采用光电编码器进行角度测量，控制显示准确、可靠，弯曲角度任意设置，具备弯曲角度显示装置；

6、本机设有氧化皮回收装置，可将氧化皮通过内部接料盘自动流回机外料桶中。

1.brief introduction

The YGW-40B steel reverse bending testing machine adopts horizontal structure, very attractive and compact. Bending angle can set freely, no inertia when stop, very easy and convenient to operate.

YGW-40B steel reverse bending testing machine it to do bend and rebend test for materials of ribbed steel bar, steel rod, steel plate, etc. By the test, bend plastic properties of test sample can be measured and determined.

3.features

3.1 compact structure, high rigid, easy and convenient for bend test operating

3.2 hydraulic two-direction oil cylinder, loading quick.

3.3 pressure sensor measure bending pressure and with functions of force keeping.

3.4 mandrel quick switch mechanism at the front of piston, mandrel can be changed very quickly and conveniently

3.5 with support distance adjusting, mandrel stroke adjusting and bend angle display functions, very stable, accurate and reliable in bend and rebend test.

3.6 bend fixture can be move forward and backward synchronously to adjust bending pivot. 180 degree bending test is also allowed on the machine.

3.7 angle measuring adopts photo-electrical encode, accurate and reliable. Bending angle can be set freely in the range of 0 to 180 degrees.
