铁水包砖简介

      铁水包砖是一种高级耐火材料，其配置工艺讲究，性能优良，可显着提高铁钩的使用寿命。铁水包是在高、低温交替状况下工作的，其间隔周期越长，内衬损毁越严重。因此�固�水包内衬一般应选择抗侵蚀、高强度、抗热震的耐火材料。不进行脱磷、脱硅、脱硫处理的铁水包，一般以粘土砖及高铝砖砌筑，逐步在渣线部位使用Al2O3-SiC-C不烧砖。在铁水包中进行脱磷、脱硅、脱硫处理时，炉渣碱度变化大，工作条件苛刻，粘土砖或高铝砖已不能满足使用要求。在进行铁水预处理和单独脱磷的场合，可采用专用铁水包砖砌筑内衬。
