硫酸钡简介

      硫酸钡BaSO4化学惰性强，稳定性好，耐酸碱，硬度适中，高比重，高白度，能吸收有害射线等优点，是一种具有环保功能的材料，采用国内先进化学沉淀法工艺生产，物理性能较为优越，含机械杂质较少，细度极为均匀，为无定性白色粉末或膏状，无毒，不溶于水、溶于发烟硫酸，微溶于沸腾的盐酸，化学性质稳定，与碳共热还原为硫化钡。在空气中遇硫化氢或有毒气体也不变色。是国内同类产品质量档次较高的产品。

硫酸钡用途

      1、用于涂料、油漆可作为油漆、涂料的填料替代沉淀硫酸钡、立德粉、钛、活性二氧化硅等价格较高的原料，适合控制油漆的粘稠度，使产品色泽光亮，稳定好。油漆、油墨、涂料、塑胶、橡胶、、摩擦片、陶瓷、玻璃、电子、化妆品、医药、食品等领域。

      2、用于塑料工业可用于塑料ABS原料的填料，使产品光泽亮力，同时还可以提高产品强度，刚度和耐磨。

      3、用于橡胶工业，500目以下产品可大量用于橡胶制品作为填料，降低成本，提高制品硬度、耐酸碱性和耐水性等，并对天然橡胶和合成橡胶有良好的补强作用。

      4.用作分析试剂、测定土壤硝态氮、用于照相纸、人造象牙制造、橡胶填充剂、炼铜熔剂。

      5.用于造纸工业高细度的重晶石粉可用于白板纸、铜板纸的填料和涂布填料，以提高白度，提高表面覆盖率。

      6.可吸收X射线、γ射线，并赋予材料高的密度和表面光洁度。
