铝矾土简介

      铝矾土（aluminous soil；bauxite）又称矾土或铝土矿，主要成分是氧化铝，系含有杂质的水合氧化铝，是一种土状矿物。白色或灰白色，因含铁而呈褐黄或浅红色。铝矾土是用铝土矿经过1500度高温烧制成熟料成块状，再经过破碎制成。铝矾土粘度大容易粘砂，砂粒分布均匀，型壳薄厚一致。铝矾土不沉淀，一次搅料两天后还可以使用。透气性特别好它是石英粉六倍，在一般正常情况下铸件不会出现气孔。铝矾土是制作高级耐火材料、耐火砖、浇注料、特种陶瓷、铸造涂料、矾土水泥、铸造辅料、工业氧化铝及其它不定型耐火材料的主要原料，主要用于耐火材料、工业炼铝、精密铸造、水处理、特种陶瓷、涂料等行业。

铝矾土性能

      1.不溶于水，能溶于硫酸、氢氧化钠溶液。

      2.不透明，质脆。极难熔化。

      3. 透气性特别好它是石英粉六倍。

      4.铝矾土粘度大容易粘砂，砂粒分布均匀，型壳薄厚一致。

铝矾土分类

      熟矾土按不同用途分为：

      1.耐火级矾土；

      2.研磨级矾土；

      3.电焊级矾土。

      熟矾土按煅烧窑炉不同分为:

      1.竖炉熟矾土(SHAFT KILN BAUXITE)；

      2.转炉熟矾土(ROTARY KILN BAUXITE)；

      3.倒焰窑矾土(ROUND KILN BAUXITE)。

      铝矾土级别种类

      1.生矾土，即矾土原矿石(天然沉积岩类)。

      2.熟矾土，将生矾土经高温煅烧后(12001700)称为熟矾土。

      高铝矾土熟料是按AL2O3含量及Fe2O3、TiO2、Ca O+ Mg O、K2O+Na2O等杂质含量和熟料体积密度与吸水等项指标来分级的。 

Calcined bauxite according to different purposes as:

1. Refractory grade bauxite;

2. The grinding grade bauxite;

3. Welding grade bauxite.

Calcined bauxite by calcining kiln divided into:

1. The SHAFT furnace calcined BAUXITE (SHAFT up BAUXITE);

2. The converter calcined BAUXITE (ROTARY up BAUXITE);

3. Down-draft KILN BAUXITE (ROUND up BAUXITE).

Types of bauxite level

1. The raw bauxite, alumina raw ore (natural sedimentary rock class).

2. Calcined bauxite, the raw bauxite after high temperature calcination (1200 1700 ) is called the calcined bauxite.

High bauxite clinker is according to the content of AL2O3 and Fe2O3, TiO2, Ca + Mg O O, K2O + Na2O and other impurity content and clinker indicators such as volume density and bibulous to classification.

 

铝矾土用途

      1、炼铝工业--用于国防、航空、汽车、电器、化工、日常生活用品等。

      2、精密铸造--矾土熟料加工成细粉做成铸模后精铸，用于军工、航天、通讯、仪表、机械及部门。

      3、用于耐火制品--高铝矾土熟料耐火度高达1780，化学稳定性强、物理性能良好。

      4、硅酸铝耐火纤维--具有重量轻，耐高温，热稳定性好，导热率低，热容小和耐机械震动等优点。用于钢铁、有色冶金、电子、石油、化工、宇航、原子能、国防等多种工业。它是把高铝熟料放进融化温度约为20002200的高温电弧炉中，经高温熔化、高压高速空气或蒸汽喷吹、冷却，就成了洁白的“棉花”硅酸铝耐火纤维。它可压成纤维毯、板或织成布代替冶炼、化工、玻璃等工业高温窑炉内衬的耐火砖。消防人员可用耐火纤维布做成衣服。

      5、以镁砂和矾土熟料为原料，加入适当结合剂，用于浇注盛钢桶整体桶衬效果甚佳。

      6、制造矾土水泥，研磨材料，陶瓷工业以及化学工业可制铝的各种化合物。

It is the high alumina clinker in the melting temperature of about 2000 2200 high temperature electric arc furnace, via high pressure of high temperature melting, high-speed air or steam injection, cooling, became a white cotton - silicate aluminum refractory fiber. It can be pressed into fiber blanket, board or woven cloth instead of smelting, chemical industry, glass and other industrial furnace lining brick. Firefighters available refractory fiber cloth to make clothes.

5, magnesia and bauxite clinker as raw material, adding proper binder, used for pouring ladle whole ladle lining has particularly good effects.
