陶粒简介

      陶粒顾名思义就是陶质的颗粒。陶粒的外观特征大部分呈圆形或椭圆形球体，但也有一些仿碎石陶粒不是圆形或椭圆形球体，而呈不规则碎石状。陶粒的粒径一般为520�L较大的粒径为25�L。陶粒采用优质陶土、粘土、粘溶剂等经团磨、筛分、煅烧加工而成，呈黑褐色球状，具有表面坚硬，内部多微孔，孔隙率高，比表面积大，堆积比重轻，强度大，从而反冲洗能耗低，截污能力强，滤速高，化学性能稳定，抗酸碱性能强，使用寿命长等特点。

      陶粒一般用来取代混凝土中的碎石和卵石。陶粒形状因工艺不同而各异。它的表面是一层坚硬的外壳，这层外壳呈陶质或釉质，具有隔水保气作用，并且赋予陶粒较高的强度。陶粒的外观颜色因所采用的原料和工艺不同而各异。陶粒细小颗粒部分称为陶砂。陶粒的内部结构特征呈细密蜂窝状微孔。这些微孔都是封闭型的，而不是连通型的。它是由于气体被包裹进壳内而形成的，这是陶粒质轻的主要原因。

      1.铝钒土陶粒砂(石油支撑剂陶粒砂)，主要用于石油支撑剂，也是目前需求量较大的陶粒砂品种之一，也叫石油压裂支撑剂陶粒砂。对增产石油天然气有良好效果。

      2.黏土陶粒，以黏土、亚黏土等为主要原料，经加工制粒，烧胀而成的，粒径在5�L以上的轻粗集料，称为黏土陶粒。

      3.页岩陶粒，又称膨胀页岩。以黏土质页岩、板岩等经破碎、筛分，或粉磨后成球，烧胀而成的粒径在5�L以上的轻粗集料为页岩陶粒。

      4.垃圾陶粒，随着城市不断发展壮大，城市的垃圾越来越多，处理城市垃圾，成为一个日益突出的问题。

      5.煤矸石陶粒，是采煤过程中排出的含碳量较少的黑色废石，是我国排放量较大的固体废弃物，其排放与堆积不仅占用大量耕地，同时对地表、大气造成了很大污染，该产品具有创新性、先进性、属环保类产品。

      6.生物陶粒，以生物污泥为主要原材料，采用烘干、磨碎、成球、烧结成的陶粒，称为生物污泥陶粒。用生物污泥代替部分黏土来烧制陶粒既节省黏土，又保护农田，也起到了一定的环保作用。

      7.河底泥陶粒，利用河底泥替代黏土，经挖泥、自然干燥、生料成球、预热、焙烧、冷却制成的陶粒称为河底泥陶粒。利用河底泥制造陶粒，不但会减少建材制造业与农业用地争土，而且还为河底泥找到了合理出路，解决了河底泥的二次污染问题，达到了废弃物资源化的目的。

      8.粉煤灰陶粒，以固体废弃物为主要原料，加入一定量的胶结料和水，经加工成球，烧结烧胀或自然养护而成，粒径在5�L以上的轻粗集料，简称粉煤灰陶粒。
