火山岩滤料介绍

      由于该火山岩滤料比表面积大，可积累高浓度的微生物量，高浓度的微生物使曝气生物滤池的容积负荷增大，去除率高。单位体积污水处理效率比常规滤料提高5-7倍，可以满足环保排放标准。

火山岩滤料特性

      1.外观形状：无尖粒状，对水流阻力小，不易堵塞，布水布气均匀；表面粗糙，挂膜速度快，反冲洗时微生物膜不易脱落。

      2.多孔性：火山岩是天然蜂窝多孔，是菌胶团较佳的生长环境。

      3.机械强度高。实践证明可以耐得住不同强度的水力剪切作用，使用寿命远远长了其它滤料。

      4.密度：密度适中，反冲洗时容易悬浮且不跑料，可以节能降耗。

火山岩滤料用途

      火山岩生物滤料是实现曝气生物滤池污水处理工艺的关键材料，火山岩生物滤料与传统的生物陶粒相比，不仅具有质地轻、化学稳定性好、强度适宜、表面粗糙易挂膜等优点，而且孔隙发达，分布合理，非常适合微生物的接种、驯化、繁殖生长。耐冲洗、不堵塞，具有良好的物理、化学和水力特性,可适应于不同污水净化的要求。

      火山岩滤料使用在曝气生物滤池不仅能处理市政污水，以及可生化的有机工业废水、生活杂排水、微污染水源水等，也可在给水处理中取代陶粒、石英砂、活性炭、无烟煤等用作过滤介质，同时还可对已经过污水处理厂二级处理工艺后的尾水做深度处理，其处理出水达回用水标准后可作中水回用。
