脱硫活性炭简介

      脱硫活性炭以先进的工艺设备精制而成。其外观为柱状或球状炭，具有很大的比表面积，合适的孔隙结构，机构强度高，能经受高温、高压作用，不易破碎，易于再生，使用寿命长等特点。脱硫活性炭广泛应用于热力电厂、炼油、石油化工、化纤工业中的烟气脱硫，化肥工业中原料气脱硫，煤气、天然气脱硫及其它化学工业中的气体脱硫，是制作二硫化碳的较佳添加剂。活性炭对水体中各种有机物有非常大的吸附性，其对各种有机物吸附量的大小不仅与有机物的分子结构有关，而且与水体中有机物种类的多少有关。同时，对于挥发性有机物与可提取有机物，它们在活性炭上的吸附量与分子量的大小关系截然相反。可提取有机物随分子量的增大，其吸附性能减弱;而挥发性有机物随分子量增大起吸附性能亦增大。

      1.比表面积大、吸附值高。作为装载磺化钛氰钴的活性炭，要求亚甲蓝吸附值要高，中孔发达，负载量超过普通活性炭。

      2.强度高，不易碎。由于负载磺化钛氰钴活性炭，要在固定床中反复接受压力考验，溶液浸泡，所以要求强度要高，颗粒较好是自然形状。

      3.灰份杂质含量少。为了确保催化剂顺利进行化学反应，要尽量减少炭中灰份，金属离子等各种杂质含量。提高活性炭孔隙利用率。

      4.水分低。尽可能保持活性炭较低水分，避免影响其功能发挥。

脱硫活性炭用途

      1.脱硫柱状活性炭广泛应用于工农业生产的各个方面，如石化行业的无碱脱臭（精制脱硫醇）、乙烯脱盐水（精制填料）、催化载体（钯、铂、铑等）、水净化及污水处理；

      2. 脱硫柱状活性炭可应用于电力行业的电厂水质处理及保护，化工行业的化工催化剂及载体、气体净化、溶剂回收及油脂等脱色、精制；

      3. 脱硫柱状活性炭应用于食品行业的饮料、酒类、味精母液及食品的精制、脱色。黄金行业的黄金提取、尾液回收；

      4. 脱硫活性炭应用于环保行业的污水处理、废气及有害气体的治理、气体净化，以及相关行业的滤嘴、木地板防潮、吸味、汽车汽油蒸发污染控制，各种浸渍剂液的制备等。

      5. 脱硫活性炭对水体中的挥发性有机物有比较好的吸附效果，可使水体中各种挥发性有机物去除率达到25%~65%。比较各种不同分子量有机物的吸附规律可以看出，对于挥发性有机物，分子量越大，它们的去除率就越高，这与苯酚与阳离子嫩黄的吸附规律类似，即对于水体中的小分子有机物而言，分子量越大，越容易被煤质柱状活性炭吸附。

      7. 脱硫活性炭具有高效的毒气吸附性能，可用于防毒面具有毒气体的净化、防毒服等领域。
