锰砂滤料简介

      锰砂滤料外观黑褐色，近圆形，主要成份是二氧化锰，含量在35-45

之间。是采用优质天然锰矿石加工而成，外观呈褐色，对于地下水除铁、除锰过滤有独特的效果。采用锰砂滤料处理地下水，工艺简单，操作方便，工程造价低，长效稳定，服务周期在5年以上，易于管理，不填加任何化学药剂即可达到去除水中铁、锰、砷等有害物质的目的，水质完全达到国家饮用水标准，是非常好的地下水处理滤料。锰砂滤料是铁以Fe2+的状态曾于地下（井）水中，其水有异色异味，污染离子交换树脂而降低交换能力，长时间后生成铁垢，影响传热，能腐蚀设备。而锰砂中的MnO2与Fe2+发生氧化还原反应，使Fe2+变为Fe3+并生成 Fe(OH)3沉淀，从而利用锰砂过滤的反冲洗功能达到去除净化的目的。

      1.锰砂滤料平均密度一般为3.2g/cm3至3.6g/cm3范围内。

      2.盐酸可溶率不应大于3.5

      3.天然锰砂滤料的破碎率和磨损率之和不应大于3。

      4.天然锰砂滤料应不含肉眼可见泥土、页岩和外来碎屑，含泥量不应大于2.5。

      5.滤料的水浸出液应不含对人体有毒、有害物质。

锰砂滤料用途

      锰砂滤料主要用于降低水中的铁锰铁和锰总含量，根据我国生活饮用水卫生标准规其铁含量0.3�J/L，锰含量0.1�J/L，长时间饮用含铁含锰量过高的水会严重影响身体健康。是一种很强的氧化剂，能对水中二价铁起氧化作用，锰砂用于饮用水除铁、除锰过滤装置，地下水除铁除锰净化水质使用。

      天然锰砂除铁是一种接触催化除铁工艺，适合于地下水含铁量小于20mg/L的除铁。天然锰砂中含的高价锰能将水中的二价铁氧化成三价铁，同时在表面形成有催化作用的“活性滤膜”，进一步提高了除铁效果。含铁水经曝气后，只经天然锰砂一次过滤，就能完成全部除铁过程。
