漂珠简介

漂珠具有极高的耐火度，一般达摄氏1600－1700度，使其成为优异的高性能耐火材料。质轻、保温隔热。漂珠壁薄中空，空腔内为半真空，只有极微量的气体，热传导极慢极微。漂珠是一种能浮于水面的粉煤灰空心球，呈灰白色，壁薄中空，重量很轻，容重为720kg/m3（重质），418.8kg/m3（轻质），粒径约0.1毫米，表面封闭而光滑，热导率小，耐火度1610，是优良的保温耐火材料，广泛用于轻质浇注料的生产和石油钻井方面。

漂珠的化学成份以二氧化硅和三氧化二铝为主，具有颗粒细、中空、质轻、高强、耐磨、耐高温、保温绝缘、绝缘阻燃等多种功能，现已广泛应用于耐火材料原料之一。漂珠具有很高的强度。一般轻质多孔或中空材料如珍珠岩、沸岩、硅藻土、海浮石、膨胀蛭石等均是硬度差、强度差，用其制的保温隔热制品或轻质耐火制品，都有强度差的缺点。一般绝缘体的电阻均随温度的升高而降低，漂珠则相反，随温度的升高电阻增大。这一优点是其他绝缘材料都不具备的。所以，它可以制作高温条件下的绝缘制品。
