海绵铁介绍

      海绵铁又称直接还原铁，采用优质矿石，利用氧化还原反应原理，通过滤式除淀方式进行排除，对管道、锅炉和循环水溶解氧腐蚀经水处理后水溶解氧含量可达到0.05mg/L以下。生产海绵铁的方法主要有4种。即:回窑法、竖炉法、竖罐法、带式机法。具有反洗频率低，抗压强度高，不粉化、不板结，比表面积大。活性高，再生效果好等优点。海绵铁滤料（除氧剂）采用优质矿粉，利用氧化还原反应原理，通过滤式除淀方式进行排除，对管道、锅炉和循环水溶解氧腐蚀经处理后水溶解氧含量可将到0.05mg/L以下，经活化处理后的海绵铁除级剂，给海绵状多空隙的铁粒，为水中的溶解氧提供了与活性铁进行反应的机遇．加速氧化还原反应。

海绵铁滤料特点

      1.使用帮命长、无毒、不污染环境，出水含氧量稳定在0.05mg/L以下，完全符合国家低压锅炉水质标准（GB1576-2001）要求。

      2.常温运行，无需加热，运行成本低，克服了热力除氧，真空除氧须加热耗能的缺点。

      3.用量少，一般情况下除氧剂消耗量1吨水为10g。

      4.反洗频率低，再生效果好。

海绵铁滤料适用范围
