高铝球简介

      高铝球是以铝矾土、辊棒粉、工业氧化铝粉、高温煅烧阿尔法氧化铝粉等材料为原料，经过配料、研磨、制粉（制浆、制泥）、成型、干燥、烧成等工序制作而成的，主要作为研磨介质而被广泛使用的球石。是氧化铝球的一个类别，由于其氧化铝含量较高而被简称为高铝球。高铝球根据氧化铝含量又可细分为90、92、95、99等系列。高铝球由于其具有高强度、高硬度、高耐磨性，比重大、体积小、耐高温、耐腐蚀、无污染等优异特性而被广泛的运用于不同类型的陶瓷、瓷釉、玻璃、化工等等工厂的厚硬材质精加工和深加工。

高铝球用途

      1.主要应用于于不同类型的陶瓷、瓷釉、玻璃、化工工厂的厚硬材质精加工和深加工，是球磨机、罐形磨机、振动磨机等细粉碎设备的研磨介质，其粉碎研磨效率和耐磨损大大优于普通球石或天然鹅卵石。

      2.非金属矿产品粉料（如硅酸锆、高岭土、重质碳酸钙等）及涂料、油漆等行业的物料研磨与分散以及金属件的抛光使用，适用于各型研磨和抛光设备。

      3.浇筑时填加在橡胶里，增加耐磨系数。

      4.耐高温，可做推板窑下的滚珠用。

      5.强度大，硬度高可做抛光用。
