广西白泥介绍

      广西白泥是我国目前所发现质量较好，较纯的软质耐火粘土，可塑性好、流动性好、结合性好、质纯。广西白泥是一种软质高岭土，也叫软质球状耐火粘土，广西白泥矿物颗粒极细，可塑性很强，矿物成份以无序高岭石为主。用途十分广泛，是冶金、轻工、化工、饲口炮泥、陶瓷的主要原料和塑料、橡胶、涂料、日用化工的辅助材料或功能材料，还可用于生产硫酸铝、氯化铝、硅铝白炭黑等，也广泛应用于耐火材料、冶金建材、土壤、陶瓷等行业。

      1.无序高岭(70-95)

      2.石英(<30)以及微量的钛铁矿物。

      3.矿物颗粒细小-2μm的颗粒含量大于70，部分矿段可达95以上

      4.高岭石的粒度均小于2μm，平均粒度为0.98μm。

      5.广西白泥可塑型指数>30,一般为34-36，较高可达57。

      在耐火材料中广西白泥(广西维罗白泥球粘土)主要用在:制作出铁口炮泥，粘土浇注料、喷补料、高级耐火结合粘土，炮泥添加剂等等。

      3.陶瓷行业：日用、艺术雕塑、卫生、泡、民用陶瓷、匣笨、窑具等重要原料；

      4.冶金行业：有色冶炼中、高温炉窑、工业锅炉、炉料、机械制造等。是冶金、轻工、化工、饲口炮泥、陶瓷的主要原料和塑料、橡胶、造纸、涂料、日用化工的辅助材料或功能材料，还可用于生产硫酸铝、氯化铝、硅铝白炭黑等。

判断广西白泥受潮方法

      1.烘干脱水称重。

      2.观看颜色，干的白泥色浅，水分高时色深，较黄；

      3.水分高时，手撰成团，不易散，装袋后板结，粉末的粒度相对粗；

      4.用手指捻动，干时手指发亮，潮湿次之；

      5.水分高时流动性差，分散不均，如果制成材料结合性较低，在泥浆中团聚性较强。
