黑刚玉简介

      黑刚玉又名低铝刚玉，在棕刚玉生产中是一个新型派生品种。是于电弧炉中，将铝矾土熔炼而制得的一种以 α- Al2O3 和铁尖晶石为主矿相的灰黑色结晶体，其特点是Al2O3 含量较低，并有一定量的Fe2O3（10左右）存在，因而具有硬度适中、韧性高、耐高温、热态性能温定的特点。多用于自由研磨，如制品电镀前的打磨工粗磨，主要用于不锈钢，金属制品，光学玻璃，竹木制品的抛光和喷砂，又是制造树脂砂轮，切割片，纱布的新颖磨料。用本产品抛光比其它磨料工效提高2.5倍,光洁度提高1.5倍,特别是磨削抛光不锈钢制品效果更佳。是磨削抛光、喷砂不锈钢制品的较理想产品。

      黑刚玉具有很好的自锐性，磨削时发热量少，加工件的光洁度较好，适用于零件电镀前底面抛光，铝制品和不锈钢的抛光，也可用于抛光光学玻璃、加工木材等。由于它的亲水性好，可用在制造砂纸、砂布和树脂磨具，还可以作研磨膏和抛光粉。黑刚玉由于铁含量高，因而不宜用于制造陶瓷磨具。 黑刚玉的冶炼方法是以三水铝矾土为原料，不管是黑钢还棕钢只要是好钢就可以加少量还原剂，经溶炼而成，其耗电量约为棕刚玉的三分之二。

黑刚玉工艺流程

      黑刚玉的加工制粒过程比较复杂，没有掉色，染色都是好产品采用电熔干法加工，工艺流程如下：刚玉块粗碎中碎粉碎分段筛磁选精筛检查包装。黑刚玉呈黑色，主要化学成分：Al2O3不低于77，SiO2含量为1012，Fe2O3含量为710，TiO2约为3，比重不小于3.61.。 我国对黑刚玉的化学成分，粒度组成、磁性物含量和颗粒密度都有国家标准规定，耐火材料部门使用的黑刚玉，一般参照国家标准，再结合自己产品的质量要求，选择加工好的刚玉料，黑刚玉磨料可以按照耐火材料生产的常用颗粒成分、杂质的限定含量进行加工处理。

黑刚玉用途

      1.用于自由研磨，如金属零件电镀前底面抛光、铝制品。

      2.可用于研磨如：自行车、摩托车、缝纫机、钟表零部件。

      3.黑刚玉粒度砂和微粉特别适合于不锈钢工件的研磨抛光及研磨膏、油石的制造。

      4.黑刚玉可用于塑胶及五金工具、灯饰等的抛光，也适用于喷砂（玻璃喷花、除锈）。

      5.黑刚玉做加工材料，制造树脂切割片、涂附磨具和角磨片等。

      6.黑刚玉段砂也是煤矿坑下仓储和防滑路面的优选材料。

      黑刚玉在生产过程中往往会根据不同的客户需要进行筛分出不同的种类，而且筛分过程中往往需要通过提升机通过黑刚玉筛分输送管道输送至筛分机进行筛分，从而筛分出不同粒径的黑刚玉，而待筛分黑刚玉段砂在相互筛分时，往往由于掺杂大量的微粉等微小颗粒物，由于微小颗粒与颗粒之间具有一定的吸附作用，所以在筛分时，颗粒相当的可以在筛分机进行筛分，但是微粉、尘土等微型杂质则不能进行筛分处理，进而流出到筛分后的段砂中，这些微粉、尘土的存在不仅影响筛分后段砂的色泽和光洁度，而且降低了段砂使用时的粘结性。
