宝珠砂简介

      宝珠砂又名电熔陶粒，是石英砂的高级替代品。采用山西优质铝矾土为原料，经煅烧、电熔、造粒、分筛等工艺制成。宝珠砂为球形颗粒，主要成分是氧化铝（Al2O3），成分稳定，不易产生化学变化，它的耐火度可达1900。实践证明，采用宝珠砂可明显减少机械和化学粘砂，大大减少清砂的劳动强度，集中了耐火度高、流动性好、透气性强等诸多优点，完全解决了夹砂、气孔、结疤、鼠尾等铸造缺陷。

      明悦宝珠砂使用于油气行业，由于价格低廉，污染小，深受欢迎。经过进一步的研发，进而使用于铸造行业。不仅作为耐火材料，而且还可以用做铸造用型砂，在生产大型铸件上也有着很独到的作用。宝珠砂颗粒圆整且表面存在许多微观孔洞，增强了水玻璃在砂粒表面的成膜能力，提高了酯硬化水玻璃自硬砂常温强度，宝珠砂在酯硬化水玻璃自硬砂中400加热机械干法的再生脱模率相比机械干法提高7。这些为宝珠砂在大型铸钢件生产中的应用提供了指导和参考。

宝珠砂特点

      明悦宝珠砂表面非常光滑，而且再生性能好，能耗低，从根源上降低了成本，减小了铸造业对环境造成的污染。

      1、耐火度；成分稳定，不易产生化学变化，它的耐火度可达1900。

      2、流动性；为球形颗粒，其流动性非常好，造型时易紧实，且能保持良好的透气性。

      3、透气性；型砂的透气性主要取决于砂粒的大小、粒度分布、粒型和粘结剂种类等因素。

      4、热膨胀系数；宝珠砂的热膨胀系数极小，热膨胀率：0.13（1000加热10分钟）。在浇注过程中几乎没有膨胀现象，大大提高了铸件的精度，其性能可与锆英砂媲美。

      5、角形系数；球形宝珠砂具有极佳的角形系数，因而型砂集中、紧实度高，节省了型砂成本60以上。

      6、回用性能；降低废砂数量，增加有效回用砂的数量，从而大大降低了型砂的损耗量。
