棕刚玉简介

 

      棕刚玉是生产高温耐火材料和磨具磨料以及喷砂的主要原材料。棕刚玉是以高铝矾土、焦碳（无烟煤）为主要原料，在电弧炉内经2200度高温冶炼精制而成，主要化学成分为AL2O3、TiO2环含有少量的SIO2和Fe2O3等，显微硬度HV1800-2200，韧性比SIC高，用它制成的磨具磨料，适于磨削抗张较高的金属，如各种通用钢材、可锻铸铁、硬青铜等，也可制造高级耐火材料。我们通常使用的棕刚玉都是通过电熔法而得到的，电熔棕刚玉主要用在耐火材料，砂轮。棕刚玉的生产工艺方法主要有两种即固定炉棕刚玉和倾倒炉棕刚玉。

棕刚玉冶炼方法

      3、固定法（熔块法）间断生产，机械化水平低，但投资小，设备简单，工艺方便，目前小型磨料厂进行棕刚玉冶炼的主要方法。

棕刚玉特点

 

      1、由于有耐高温、耐腐蚀、高强度等性能，故用浇钢滑动水口，冶炼稀贵金属、特种合金、陶瓷、炼铁高炉的内衬（墙和管）；理化器皿、火花塞、耐热抗氧化涂层。   

 

      2、由于有硬度大、耐磨性好、强度高的特点，在化工系统中，用做各种反应器皿和管道，化工泵的部件；做机械零部件、各种模具，如拔丝模、挤铅笔芯模嘴等；做刀具、模具磨料、材料、人体关节、密封模环等。   

 

      3、棕刚玉保温材料，如刚玉轻质砖、刚玉空心球和纤维制品，广泛应用于各种高温炉窑的炉墙和炉顶，既耐高温又保温。棕刚玉粒度砂是由人工精选棕刚玉块,采用对辊、球磨、巴马克等设备加工而成，粒度由F8-F325.主要用于抛光、研磨、工业磨削等，还可以按客户要求进行水洗、酸洗处理等方法加工，能够满足客户的不同需求。

 

      4、棕刚玉磨料具有纯度高，结晶好，流动性强，线膨胀系数低，耐腐蚀的特点。应用过程中具有不起爆、不粉化、不开裂的特点。是棕刚玉质耐火材料的骨料和填充料。

棕刚玉用途

 

      明悦棕刚玉具有纯度高，结晶好，流动性强，线膨胀系数低，耐腐蚀的特点。在应用过程中具有不起爆、不粉化、不开裂的特点。尤其是其远高于传统棕刚玉的性价比，更使之成为棕刚玉质耐火材料的骨料和填充料。

 

      明悦棕刚玉产品粒度按国际标准生产，可按用户要求粒度进行加工。通用粒度号为 F4F320，其化学成份视粒度大小而不同。突出的特点是晶体尺寸小耐冲击，因用自磨机 加工破碎，颗粒多为球状颗粒， 具有纯度高，质地致密，栈积密度大，自锐性强，韧性好，磁性物含量特低的特点，用其制成的磨具磨削锋利，发热率低，磨削比高，且使用时沾附少；制成的烧结磨具具有烧成后颜色深蓝、不起网状裂纹、无锈斑的特点，适用于制造陶瓷、树脂高固结磨具以及研磨、抛光等。

 

      1、对硅片、光学镜头 、精密仪器仪表、抛光玻壳、玻璃器皿、陶瓷石料、皮革、 塑料、金属机件能提高光洁度。

 

      2、可喷砂切割，是制造砂轮、油石、砂布、砂的必须原料。
