专业调直切断各种高精度轴，插销，长度为5-200MM，精度可达2-3丝，正负10个丝以内，以直径2MM的线径长为30MM为例，每分钟可以切断轴为400支，非常快速又稳定。

       适用范围
适用于钢线、不锈钢线、铁线、硬度较高的有色金属线等线材调直、切断，本机是五金、铁线行业主要生产设备之一。 
HL 系列型调直机具有以下特点：  
１、 线速高（产量大）每分钟调直速度达 15 28 米 。
２、 结构合理、外形美观、噪音低。 
３、 机件制作精良、质优、使用寿命长： 
压轮、刀头、切咀采用优质合金工具钢，并经处理硬度高达： HRC58-62 。切刀头型腔经渗碳处理，其耐磨性好，使用寿命长。     
调直轴、座架等轴件采用： HT200 铸铁，并经人工时效处理，以消除内应力。   
压轮轴等机件采用 40Cr  或 45 # 钢，并经调质处理（ HB250-280 ），其综合机械性能高。 
 提供四种材质的调直压块供用户选用： a. 合金压块（ YG8 ）； b.铸铁压块： c. 塑料王压块； d. 尼龙压块； e. 电木压块，用户可根据调直线材的种类、材质、硬度随机选择配备二套。 
 产品质量“三包”，在正常使用、保养的情况下本品保修一年（正常磨损件，如：切刀、压块除外）。
