测试步骤:
♦ 在每块试板上标出三个圆形区域,每个圆形区域直径为1英寸(25mm),并使试板能在仪器的试板支架上能合适的**位。按标准测试涂层厚度,每个区域至少有三个测试点,记录各自区域上涂层厚度的平均值。

Repeat until the substrate has a 5/32 inch (4mm) diameter area exposed. During the test, the appropriate incremental sand is 2000 ± 10mL. When the end point is nearing, 200 ± 2mL of sand can be added to the funnel (1).
♦ Calculate the abrasion resistance of each test area of the coating test plate according to the following formula

试验准备:

The user needs to adjust it according to the thickness of the template. The timepiece is adjusted in advance by 25mm. Pour a certain volume of sand (preferably 2000 ± 10ml) and measure the outflow time. The outflow speed should be 21S ~ 23.5S and the inflow is also 2L. This speed comes from the ASTM standard, and when using the standard sand in the national standard for testing, our measured speed is more than 7L per minute.
Step 2: Fix the test plate with the test plate fixture (5), and gradually increase the amount of sand put in, until the oval shape with a diameter of 5/32 inches (25mm) and a length of about 1.25 inches (30mm) is gradually exposed. The middle of the large abrasion area should be on the middle line of the long axis of the abrasion pattern, and within 9/16 to 11/16 inches (14 to 17 mm) at the upper end. In order to correct the wear circle in the middle of the wear pattern, the instrument is allowed to make fine adjustments.
Step 3: Fix a small 50/32 inch (4cm) hole in the fixed test plate fixture (5), the middle of the hole needs to be aligned with the middle of the catheter, and weigh the sand passing through the hole of the test plate fixture is the total sand 90% to 93% think the instrument is standard.
注意事项:
1、为了保证砂束的内心正好落砂流的中间,每隔一段时间要检查导管的对准情况。
2、砂粒通过仪器25次后,要用NO.30的筛子将变细的砂粒除去,砂粒用过50次后要重新更换。
3、为了获得A高精密度的试验结果,买卖双方应使用同一来源的砂子。
4、作试验时应注意,落砂结束后,应把机器稍微倾斜一下,使漏斗下部的小方块中多余的砂倒出,再重新放入落砂开关(2),以免落砂开关(2)不能放入。
