HBS-3000数显布氏硬度计，压痕可在机上通过测微目镜直接测量，并能在LCD显示液晶屏上显示压痕的直径、硬度值，并可显示与设置测试标尺、试验力、压头类型、保荷时间、换算单位等;

机身使用铸铁一次浇铸成型，配合以汽车烤漆处理工艺，外形圆润美观； HB-3000B，HBS-3000采用砝码加荷，结构坚固，刚性好，可靠耐用，测试效率高； HB-3000C采用闭环电加荷，具备过载、过位自动保护功能；试验过程自动化，无人为操作误差； 采用电动加卸试验力，由压力传感器进行闭环反馈，高速ARM处理器控制并能对试验力进行自动修正；

便捷控制系统，可自动进行全硬度标尺的单位转换； 配置内置微型打印机，并可通过RS232端口输出数据；

HB-3000B，HBS-3000 adopt weights loading, the structure is firm, high rigidity, accurate, reliable and durable, high test efficiency;

HB-3000C，HBS-3000E adopt closed loop electric loading, with overload and over position automatic protection function, test process automation, no manual error;

Adopt the electric motor loading/unloading test force, the closed-loop feedback is carried out by the pressure sensor with 5 accuracy, and the test force can be automatically corrected by the high-speed ARM processor；

 Convenient control system can automatically convert the unit of full hardness scale；

 Equipped with built-in printer, the data can be output through RS232 port；
