结构及性能点：

Structure and performance specification:

1.抽真空、充氮气、封口过程均在密封室内进行，有效防止空气二次进入罐内；

1. Processes of vacuuming, nitrogen filling and seaming are conducted in seamed chamber to effectively prevent air from entering the cans again;

2.通过更换压盖模、罐身固定夹、下盖器等配件就可封不同规格的易拉罐和奶粉罐；

2. Different-sized ring-pull cans and milk powder cans can be seamed by replacing accessories like lid-pressing die, can clamp and lid-dropping device;

3.罐盖联控：当有罐进入时，才相应给盖，无罐不给盖；

3. Can-lid interlock control: corresponding lid is given only when there is a can, and no lid no can;

4.无盖停机：当下盖器没有给盖时，自动停机，避免罐身咬住压盖模、损坏卷封机构零部件；

4. The machine will stop in the case of no lid: it can automatically stop when no lid is dropped by the lid-dropping device so as to avoid seizing of lid-pressing die by the can and parts damage of seaming mechanism;

5.自动化控制，采用PLC可编控制器控制，人机界面触摸屏操作；

5. Auto-control: with PLC (Programmable Logic Control), the machine can be operated on human-machine interface touch panel;

6.所有气动元件和电磁阀均采用"亚德客"品牌；

6. All pneumatic components and solenoid valves are "AirTAC" brand;

7.采用高精度数显压力传感器检测真空压力，可以任意设置所需的真空压力；

7. With high precision digital pressure sensor for vacuum pressure detection, the vacuum pressure can be set freely as required;

8.采用高压真空泵抽真空，可以到达极低真空度；

8. Extremely low vacuum degree can be achieved with high-pressure vacuum pump;

9.通过功能切换，可实现只抽真空不充氮气、不抽真空不充氮气等不同功能，一机多用。

9. The machine can realize different functions like vacuuming without nitrogen filling, no vacuuming & no nitrogen filling, and so on;

10.外罩与主要零部件采用SUS304不锈钢，满足食品、药品卫生要求。
