应用（Application）

QQPM-60利用仿行星运转的原理将锡膏中的固态和液态组份充分搅拌，达到完全一致的密度，可以在后续的网板印刷中表现出良好的触变性。更可令作业标准化，及减少锡膏吸收水汽的机率。

On the principle of planet run, QQPM-60 can fully mix solid and liquid materials in solder cream to achieve even density which may perform good thixotropy in the later screen printing. Besides, it can also standardize the operation and reduce moisture absorption of solder cream.

4.适用各厂牌之500g的锡膏，同时一次可搅拌两罐，可节省搅拌时间，提高生产效率。

5.搅拌过程中，锡膏盒不需打开，以致锡膏不会有氧化或吸收水气的情形产生。

6.密蔽式搅拌能固定运转时间，能保证锡膏柔软（Q性）的稳定度且新旧锡膏混合搅拌，也可获得较活性的新锡膏。
