四、操作规程：

★打开 电源开关 按下 抽气/停止 仪器即开始工作，两只负压容器的真空度迅速下降，下降到97.3Kpa后，按下 抽气/停止 关闭真空泵。 恒压3分钟按下 间断/停止 开关，负压容器开始振荡。每隔2分钟振荡一次，每次振荡60秒，经过6次间歇.震荡后,仪器自动关闭 。

★经振荡以后如果料中气体仍未全部除去，可按下 连续/停止 开关，进行人工控制仪器持续工作，直至气泡全部消失为止，按下 电源开关 结束试验。

自动试验中，如果观察到料中气泡已经除去，不需要再继续抽气和振荡下去，可以随时按下各个工作开关，停止试验工作。

Fourth, operating procedures:

★ Turn on the power switch and press the pump down / stop. The instrument will start to work. The vacuum of the two negative pressure vessels will drop rapidly. Press the interrupt / stop switch for 3 minutes at constant pressure, and the negative pressure container will start to oscillate. Shake every 2 minutes, shake for 60 seconds each time, after 6 pauses. After shaking, the instrument will automatically shut down.

★ If the gas in the material has not been completely removed after shaking, you can press the continuous / stop switch to continue the manual control of the instrument until all bubbles disappear, and then press the power switch to end the test.

In the automatic test, if it is observed that the air bubbles in the material have been removed, there is no need to continue pumping and shaking, you can press each work switch at any time to stop the test work.

 

五、注意事项：

★拆开包装箱后，将仪器安装在干燥、通风及清洁场所，环境温度不能超过40℃。

★每次试验前要检查放气阀是否关闭。检查仪器后部的分水滤气阀是否已积满水。要及时将积水放出（逆时针旋转手柄放水，顺时针将阀关紧）以免积水流入真空系统。

★仪器连续工作两小时以后应停机一小时。

★禁止将容器中的水滴入仪器。

★非专业技术人员严禁拆卸仪器各部分的防护板。

Five, matters needing attention:

★ After unpacking the box, install the instrument in a dry, ventilated and clean place. The ambient temperature cannot exceed 40 ° C.

★ Check whether the air release valve is closed before each test. Check that the water separation valve on the back of the instrument is full of water. Drain the water in time (turn the handle counterclockwise to drain the water and close the valve clockwise) to prevent water from flowing into the vacuum system.

★ The instrument should be stopped for one hour after two hours of continuous operation.

★ It is forbidden to drop water in the container into the instrument.

★ Non-professional technicians are strictly prohibited from disassembling the protective plates of various parts of the instrument.
