多功能马歇尔击实仪操作步骤:

①将拌好的沥青混合料均匀称取一个试件所需的用量(约1200g/4050g)当已知沥青混合料的密度时，可根据试件的标准尺寸计算并乘以1.03得到要求的混合料数量。

②在试件制作过程中，为防止混合料温度下降，应连盘放在烘箱中保温。从烘箱中取出预热的试模及套筒，用沾有少许黄

多功能马歇尔击实仪工作完毕后，把试模清理干净以备下次实验用。把本仪器擦拭干净，并在导杆击实锤传动轮上拭上润滑油。把配电箱上电源断开，电源开关关闭。

多功能马歇尔击实仪常见故障与排除：

1、工作当中出现不提锤现象或在提锤过程中脱锤。检查传动链条是否松动，如松动可调节后面调整罗栓，击实锤上弹片是否受损，需要更换，挑锤块与放锤键是否磨损太重。

2、显示屏上数字显示异常或不计数。检查上传动轮处接近开关，是否松动或接近距离太远。

3、在打开电源开关后整个显示屏不显示。检查电源是否正常或配电箱后保险管是否熔断。

4、在提锤过程中，连同导向杆一并提起脱不开。链条是否太松，导向杆上是否缺少润滑油或污垢太多
