YH27-FCG-5H型 空气采样器一、概述FCG-5H型 空气采样器是根据GB50325-2010、GB/T 17061-1997、HJ/T 400-2007、JJG 956-2013《大气采样器检定规程》等对空气采样器的基本要求研制的、适用于《工作场所空气有毒物质测定》 GBZ/T 160.XX-2007中的挥发性气体毒物短时间或个体长时间采样。可选流量范围：（30～300）mL/min；（50～500）mL/min；（100～1000）mL/min；（200～1500）mL/min等；针对《GBZ/T 192 工作场所空气中粉尘测定》标准开发研制的，用于（1～5）L/min流量滤膜采样夹对总粉尘、呼吸性粉尘、金属粉尘的长时间采样或个体采样。可选流量范围：（1000～5000）mL/minFCG-5H型 空气采样器由泵、控制电路、电源等部分组成。在正常情况下可连续运行12小时以上，便于采样工作。具有实时流量显示，采样体积显示，采样时间设置，采样现场温度，大气压力测量显示，电量指示、按键设定流量，无需调节旋钮阀门，其结构紧凑、体积小、重量轻、便于携带，坚固耐用，负载能力强，流量显示准确稳定，噪声低等有点，可工作时随身携带，便于用户使用的恒流空气采样器。二、仪器组成：该采样器由研发真空泵（掌握核心技术，后期维护成本低）、微电脑控制器、多功能液晶显示器和具有重复充、放电，过流和短路保护密封电池组以及数字式流量组件组成。该系列仪器的外壳采用聚碳酸脂注塑而成，具有阻燃、防潮、防静电性能。三、主要特点：1，采样器工作过程全部由微机软、硬件完成，工作可靠、操作方便、智能化程度高；2，采样器配备了国外进口的真空泵，用户可选择防爆型或非防爆型（其机械特性完全一致），泵的体积小、长期运行发热低、工作可靠、功耗低、真空度高；3，采用电子式流量计，可实时地在液晶屏上显示流量值，并累计采样体积；4，仪器内使用防爆锂电池组（进口锂电池），无电池记忆效应，容量大，寿命长，配备本公司专用充电器，充电效果好，安全性好；5，采用短路电流保护装置，确保采样器工作在本质安全电流范围内，使采样器具备良好的防爆性能；6，该仪器有两种采样方式：即由工作在作业场所的工人挂在腰带上进行长时间采样和采用配套的三脚支架安放在作业现场进行反复短时间采样。四、技术参数流量范围：1、（30～300)mL/min；符合大气采样器检定规程B类（4.5kPa）要求，可以承受10Kpa阻力 @300mL/min，流量调节步长10mL/min 2、（50～500)mL/min；符合大气采样器检定规程B类（4.5kPa）要求，可以承受10Kpa阻力 @500mL/min，流量调节步长50mL/min 3、（100-1000）mL/min；符合大气采样器检定规程B类（4.5kPa）要求，可以承受20Kpa阻力 @500mL/min，流量调节步长100mL/min 4、（200～1500）mL/min；符合大气采样器检定规程B类（4.5kPa）要求，可以承受20Kpa阻力 @500mL/min，流量调节步长100mL/min  5、（1000～5000）mL/min 符合大气采样器检定规程B类（4.5kPa）要求，可以承受5Kpa阻力 @5000mL/min，流量调节步长500mL/min 恒流方式：电子恒流，内置精密电子流量计，用户可用不同负载进行流量校正。确保每次采样流量真实、质量可靠。 流量误差：≤±5% 流量稳定性：≤5％ 流量重复性：≤2%定时范围：1min～99h59min.可设置三种定时模式：  1-循环采样，可循环99次，设置采样时间，设置暂停时间，循环次数  2-手动采样，设置采样流量之后，即可直接采样，正计时，手动关停  3-定时采样，设定采样时间，时间到即停止采样。 定时精度：≤±0.1％ 工作温度：-10℃～50℃ 连续工作时间：＞12小时 防爆形式：本质安全型 Ex ib ⅡB T3 Gb  主机外形尺寸：110mm×105mm×55mm重量：≤0.4Kg FCG-5H Constant Flow Air SamplersIntroductionFCG-5H Constant Flow Air Samplers are made following the air sampler standards of GB50325-2010、GB/T 17061-1997、HJ/T 400-2007 and JJG 956-2013 from Verification Regulation for Air Sampler. It is suitable for short/long period sampling volatile and toxic gas, which are specified in regulation GBZ/T 160.XX-2007 from methods for determination of toxic gas in workplace air. FCG-5H have 4 air sampling flow Ranges: (30~300) mL/min, (50-500) mL/min, (100~1000) mL/min and (200-1500) mL/minAdditionally, the dust sampler according to GBZ/T 192 for determination of dust in workplace air Regulation, can apply (1000~5000) mL/min air sampling membrane aiming at short/long time mixed sampling of total dust, respirable dust, and metals.
