德国《LOCKE》洛克--进口低温电磁阀（Temperature solenoid valve ）是指用于温度在-40℃至-196℃低温介质的管道系统，如液化天燃气，液化氧气，液化氮气，LNG，低温介质的电磁阀。

进口低温电磁阀产品特点：

进口低温电磁阀具有,寿命长：此阀结构简单，故障少，维修方便，阀芯由特种不锈钢制成，耐磨性好，耐超低温。本产品采用不锈钢阀芯，在长时间不动作情况下启动阀门，动作迅速，快速切断；线圈长时间通电，发热量低，不会烧毁，功耗底，节能；零压启动，零泄漏。

进口低温电磁阀工作原理：

常闭：当线圈通电时，先导阀芯吸合，先导孔打开，阀上腔卸压，活塞靠下腔介质压力推动，电磁阀打开。当线圈断电时，先导阀芯靠弹簧复位，先导孔关闭，阀上腔由活塞节流孔增压和复位弹簧的推力，电磁阀关闭。常开：当线圈通电时，先导阀芯靠弹簧复位，先导孔关闭，阀上腔由活塞节流孔增压和复位弹簧的推力，电磁阀关闭。当线圈断电时，先导阀芯靠弹簧复位，先导孔打开，阀上腔卸压，活塞靠下腔介质压力推动，电磁阀打开。注：出口端压力大于进口端压力，介质会反向导通。可安装止回阀。

Normally closed: when the coil is energized, the pilot valve core is closed, the pilot hole is opened, the pressure in the upper chamber of the valve is relieved, the piston is pushed by the medium pressure in the lower chamber, and the solenoid valve is opened.

When the coil is powered off, the pilot valve core is reset by the spring, the pilot hole is closed, the upper chamber of the valve is pressurized by the piston orifice and the thrust of the reset spring, and the solenoid valve is closed.

Normally open: when the coil is energized, the pilot valve core is reset by the spring, the pilot hole is closed, the upper chamber of the valve is pressurized by the piston orifice and the thrust of the reset spring, and the solenoid valve is closed.

When the coil is powered off, the pilot valve core is reset by the spring, the pilot hole is opened, the pressure in the upper chamber of the valve is relieved, the piston is pushed by the medium pressure in the lower chamber, and the solenoid valve is opened.

Note: if the outlet pressure is greater than the inlet pressure, the medium will conduct reversely. Check valves can be installed.
