产品介绍

Bio-16-UTP 是生物素化的 UTP，可用作与多种 RNA 聚合酶（包括 T7 RNA 聚合酶、SP6 RNA 聚合酶或 T3 RNA 聚合酶）进行体外转录反应的底物。生物素化的 RNA 探针可以在许多应用中代替放射性标记的 RNA 探针，包括原位杂交和染色体作图。可以使用多种基于链霉亲和素结合的方法 Bio-16-UTP。可以使用荧光标记的链霉亲和素直接生物素结合的链霉亲和素，或间接地使用链霉亲和素偶联酶测定或适当标记或偶联的抗链霉亲和素抗体。
