产品介绍

Per CP (多甲藻[黄]素-叶绿素-蛋白质复合物)分离自甲藻纲sp .它具有极高的消光系数、高的量子效率和大的斯托克斯位移。在488 nm的氩离子激光激发下，其发射峰位于677 nm。Per CP蛋白常用于荧光免疫标记，特别是在涉及荧光激活细胞分选( FACS )的应用中。PerCP-iFluor ® 700串联染料可以用标准的488 nm激光激发，并以更长的波长发射远红光，用于细胞的多色流式分析。这些多发射波长使得PerCP - iFluor ® 700偶联物在FITC、PE和其他荧光染料的多色分析中具有潜在的应用价值。Per CP串联结构可能使其比单独的Per CP更稳定，通常使用更强大的水冷气体激光器快速光漂白。百萤生物是AAT Bioquest的中国代理商，为您提供优质的PerCP-iFluor 700 串联染料。
